Web Development and Design Government Grants
This grant, made available from SPRING Singapore, is for financial assistance to SMEs. The grant is aimed at helping SMEs in developing capability in 10 selected areas including technology adaptation, training staff and expanding their business globally.
The grant caters for 70% of the project costs such as training, consultancy, purchase of equipment and certification. Large scale upgrading projects such as process improvement, new product development, productivity improvement and improving market access may also qualify.
The application process for projects that cost less than $30,000 is simpler. This is in a bid to encourage SMEs to apply for the grant.
Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) Scheme
This is a grant scheme made available from IRAS. Qualifying businesses enjoy tax deductions or allowances of up to 400% or a cash payout of 60% when they invest in any of the six qualifying activities. The grant is available from 2011 to 2015 Years of Assessment (YAs).

Increase SME Productivity with Infocomm Adoption and Transformation (iSPRINT) Grant
This scheme is aimed at assisting SMEs in infocomm adoption. The scheme is aimed at making it easier for first time adopters to make the transition. The grant is available from IDA. More information can be found on the IDA website.
Innovation and Capability Voucher (ICV)
This grant is available from SPRING Singapore. The grant is available to qualifying SMEs to encourage them to gain capability. SMEs are awarded a $5000 voucher to use on strengthening or upgrading their operations in selected areas including human resources, innovation, financial management and productivity.
